An installation is judged by how it performs years after we leave.
Since 2001, L.P. Technotherm has installed and maintained mechanical systems across Cyprus, from private homes to hotels and large residential developments.
Air conditioning, heating, ventilation, solar thermal, photovoltaics and plumbing: we take on all the mechanical works of a project. You have one person responsible from design to handover, and one number to call for anything you need later.
We propose solutions that cut energy use. A well-designed system costs less every month, for every year it runs.
We are licensed, insured and members of Σ.ΕΜ.Η.Ε.Κ. at OEB. Every project is handed over with drawings and technical details of the installation, so it can be serviced properly for years.
Everything we install is designed to last.
The cheap option usually costs more in the end: in breakdowns, in energy, in repairs. That is why we treat every project the same way, large or small.
One person responsible, start to finish
One contact from design to handover, and one number to call for anything you need later.
Calculations first, equipment second
We calculate the load room by room before specifying equipment, so the system is never running flat out.
Our own crew
Installed by our own team, coordinated with the other trades on site. The area is left clean at the end of every day.
Documented at handover
Drawings and technical details of the installation, so it can be serviced properly for years.
Lower running costs
We propose solutions that cut energy use. A well-designed system costs less every month.
Licensed & insured
