What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, an optional email address, the service you are asking about and your description of the project.
The site sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party advertising scripts.
Why we process it
To answer your request and prepare the quote you asked for. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where it goes
The form sends an email to our office through Resend (Resend Inc.), which acts as our processor. The site is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell or trade your details with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for two years from our last exchange, so we can look back at an earlier conversation. If the work goes ahead, statutory retention periods for accounting records apply.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, and the right to object. Email us and we will respond within one month.
If you believe we have handled your data badly, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus.
